- The two producers will release a collection of their work together next month.
Next month, Marc Romboy and Stephan Bodzin will release Luna, a collection of their collaborative efforts.
The two German artists first joined forced back in 2005 for the Luna / Miranda 12-inch, a record whose A-side was named after Romboy's daughter and Bodzin's wife (not the same person). Their collaborative output has remained steady since then, with releases on both Systematic (Romboy's label) and Hertzblut Recordings (Bodzin's). The new collection will be available as a six-piece vinyl set and a triple-CD package. The latter is made up of three parts: an unmixed selection of Bodzin and Romboy's productions together, an 80-minute mix of originals and remixes, and an mp3 CD with two dozen remixes by other artists, including Minilogue, Gui Boratto, and Moritz von Oswald, most of which are previously unreleased. A few new "synthapella" versions have been included as well. The collection will see release via Systematic Recordings.
