- Prime Numbers will release the Scottish house artist's first album in March.
Deep house producer Gavin Sutherland, AKA Fudge Fingas, will release his debut album this spring on Prime Numbers.
The album is called Now About How, and features mostly new material from Sutherland, plus selections from his latest 12-inch, About Time. Since 2004, the Edinburgh-based artist has been a mainstay of Prime Numbers and Firecracker, two UK labels that share a penchant for classically rooted, sometimes jazzy house. To date Sutherland has appeared mostly on compilations for the two imprints, contributing raw and soulful tunes like "Ghost House" or the Marvin Gaye homage "Gettin' Together." Aside from last year's About Time 12-inch, Now About How will be his first solo record since 2005. It comes out in mid-March on CD and double-vinyl.
