- Cocoon will release the Polish artist's next album in March.
DJ and producer Jacek Sienkiewicz will release his next full-length, On the Road, this spring on Cocoon.
Over the past decade or so, Sienkiewicz has become one of Poland's most prominent techno producers, thanks to his 30 some odd 12-inches for labels like Trapez, Smallvile and Klang Elektronik. And though up-tempo club tracks may be his forte, he's certainly no stranger to the album format: On the Road will be his fifth, following 2009's Modern Dance. Much like his previous full-lengths, Sienkiewicz's new one shows him taking advantage of the long player without compromising his signature sound; the brisk energy is still there, but with more haunting atmospheres and delicate sounds swirling around the beats. The album will be available on CD this March.
