Souvenir Music will release a two-disc collection this March called In the City.
Run by Ali and Basti Schwarz, AKA Tiefschwarz, Souvenir has been turning out records since 2006, but In the City will be their first proper label compilation. The first disc features all previously unreleased tracks from some of Souvenir's core artists, such as Adam Port, Ruede Hagelstein and Teifschwarz themselves among others. But most of the material comes from newcomers to the Berlin imprint, including &ME, Sebbo and Ahmet Sisman. Disc two shows Tiefschwarz in the mix, coursing through some of their favorite records from Souvenir's catalog to date.
