- Here's our run-down of what's on in the Japanese capital come December 31st.
- This year's Toyko party agenda presents clubbers with two distinct options: a massive blow-out with local DJs, or smaller events with international artists. If you're leaning toward the former choice, Sound Bar + is the place to be. The venue has packed in more than 40 DJs, including local stalwarts like Q'hey, DJ Wada, Ree.K and Nori. Many of the same artists will share a smaller bill that same night at Rockwest, a more intimate venue in Shibuya. Meanwhile, Chicago-based dub techno artist m50 will headline the Whistlebump party at Xex Nihonbashi, joined by the likes of Yoshitaca, Aron T and Tomono among others, while veteran US jock Timmy Regisford tops the bill at Eleven. For something a bit more funk and disco-flavored, check out UK duo Idjut Boys over at Air.
