  • Simian Mobile Disco will play a secret party in London later this month to mark the release of their new album, Delicatessen. Though many know them for nu-rave staples such as "Hustler" and "I Believe," James Ford and James Shaw have reinvented themselves as of late to focus on more serious, stripped-down techno. This is accentuated on their recent Delicacies 12-inch series, which is compiled in their Delicatessen album, due out on November 26th. The record's launch party will stay true to this ethic as well, with the duo playing an 808-enhanced DJ set at an unnamed warehouse spot. They'll be joined by London DJ Nadia Ksaiba and Dave P and JDH, the duo behind New York party FIXED, where Simian Mobile Disco have held a residency since earlier this year. If you fancy attending the party in style, RA has a competition going that should be of interest. We're offering two free tickets to the gig with drinks paid for the entire night, a free stay at a nearby hotel, and a signed copy of SMD's new album. You can enter for a chance to win right here. Advanced entry to Simian Mobile Disco's Delicatessen launch can be had here at RA tickets.
