Fachwerk meets Grounded Theory at Arena

- Mike Dehnert's imprint will present a showcase at the Berlin club next month.
- Berlin imprint Fachwerk will stage a label night in conjunction with Grounded Theory at Arena as part of the Bermuda festival next month. Mike Dehnert has been writing a tough techno tale these past few years via releases on his own Fachwerk Records and consistently strong live and DJ appearances at Berlin's Tresor. He also began the MD2 imprint this year in order to further expand his sound world — the releases to date received a warm welcome here on RA, and in the case of MD2, the vinyl is now changing hands for up to €50 thanks to its ultra-limited run of 150 copies. The Fachwerk showcase at Arena on Friday, November 5th will of course feature a set from Dehnert, and he'll be joined by label mainstays Roman Lindau and Sascha Rydell. As we announced earlier this month, the Bermuda program will encompass club nights all throughout Berlin in early November, beginning on the 2nd and finishing up on Saturday 6th with, among many other parties, a massive centerpiece event at Tempelhof Airport featuring Paul Kalkbrenner, Richie Hawtin, Sven Vath and Loco Dice.
