  • Radio Slave, AKA Matt Edwards, has been added to Victoria's upcoming Rainbow Serpent festival. It has been a few years since Edwards graced Australian audiences with his unique take on house and techno. Since his last Australian tour in December 2007, Edwards has added a few notches to his musical belt. The South London native has steadily built his Rekids label up to international prominence, as well as helming a the 48th edition of the famed Fabric mix series. Production-wise, he hasn't faltered since his Radio Slave debut back in 2006, when he released the jacking "My Bleep" to kick off Rekids. The rest of the lineup, with more acts to be announced over the coming weeks, has several high-profile artists booked to spin. Wagon Repair boss Mathew Jonson is set to stop in in for his first Australian sets performances releasing his acclaimed LP Agents Of Time, and will be appearing twice: Behind the decks solo, and as a part of his Cobblestone Jazz live project alongside Danuel Tate and Tyger Dhula. Berlin-based producer D-Nox will close out Rainbow Serpent's techno contingent, while Canadian bass producer Vibesquad returns for his second Australian appearance in less than 12 months.
