  • Shoreditch club night TACTiLE will celebrate its 2nd birthday at The Horse & Groom next weekend. The bi-monthly night has championed dubstep, house, techno and the spaces between over the past two years, notching up appearances from the likes of Ikonika, Jackmaster, Lakuti and Pangaea in the process. The second anniversary edition of TACTiLE will settle somewhere in the middle of the aforementioned styles, with guest spots from Altered Natives and Subeena. Altered Natives dropped his sophomore album, Serial Vendetta, via his digital label eye4eye this past summer, and his set will likely include some of the longplayer's percussion-heavy tracks that flit between between broken beat and UK Funky. Joining him will be Subeena, who has built on momentum gained in 2009 from electro-accented efforts like "Boksd" and her Planet Mu debut Solidify, while this year's house-hybrid winner "Spectrum" is sure to be a highlight of her live show on the 30th. The pair will be joined by residents Paddy Freeform, Tomas and Mirror Mirror for the Halloween-themed throwdown which also marks The Horse & Groom's 3rd birthday. Pre-sale tickets for TACTiLE 2nd Birthday are available right here from RA Tickets.
