- The Berlin-based imprint's next compilation features exclusive tracks by D'Julz, Jay Tripwire and Donnacha Costello
Steve Bug's Poker Flat imprint is set to release its next label compilation, Shaping The Elements, due out this September.
Poker Flat has been in operation for about 12 years now, and their eighth compilation showcases longtime label mainstays alongside a slew of new signings. The package consists of two discs: an unmixed section compiled by Steve Bug, and a mix by Canadian artist Jay Tripwire. Both take selections from Poker Flat's recent catalog, along with a handful of previously unreleased cuts, including two tracks by acclaimed techno producer Donnacha Costello who made his Poker Flat debut earlier this year with the album Before We Say Goodbye. In addition to CD and digital download, Shaping Elements will be released as a double 12-inch with all of the exclusive tracks included.
