Liquid Liquid to play Electric Frog '10

- The seminal NYC punk-funkers will join Simian Mobile Disco, Alter Ego and more at the Glasgow street carnival next month.
- Liquid Liquid are set to play live at this year's Electric Frog Street Carnival in Glasgow on Sunday 1st August. Glasgow's Optimo crew named their now defunct Sunday night session after one of the band's most well-known anthems, and Twitch and Wilkes have seen it fit to fly over Sal Principato and the rest of group to perform in their marquee. As far as pure electronic music is concerned, Simian Mobile Disco and Alter Ego will offer high octane techno and electro house with their respective live sets, with Optimo rounding off the line-up. There'll also be a diverse array of acts over at Sensu's indoor arena, with Felix Da Housecat headlining alongside the raw techno of Luke Slater and his Planetary Assault Systems live set. Cottam will also lay down his smooth sample-based house alongside them, while Trus'me will peddle a similar vibe on the Street Party stage.
