  • Martin Landsky and Alexkid have added a Melbourne date to their upcoming Australian tour, co-headlining Hello My Name is at Roxanne Parlour. Hello My Name Is debuted to great effect a few months ago, with the help of Kokmpakt artist Gui Boratto. As a collaboration between local label and promoters Haul Music, promoters Stable, and Roxanne Parlour, Hello My Name Is has a rather varied music policy, hosting big room tech house as well as deeper house and techno sounds. Landsky falls at the deeper end of the spectrum, having spent the last decade as a member of Steve Bug's Poker Flat family. A face familiar to Australian audiences, Alexkid will bring some harder edged techno to the party. The French artist has toured Australia a number of times, most extensively in 2006 when he played a string of dates in support of his album Caracol. In addition to Landsky and Alexkid, Haul's Christian Vance and Craig McWhinney will provide local support at next week's party.
