Eklo Klub launches at Rex

- Seuil's Eklo label will begin a residency at Rex Club on Thursday, June 24th. Having put out music from Lauhaus, Miss Fitz, dOP, Kate Simko and Tolga Fidan since its inception back in 2007, Seuil's Eklo imrprint has been on the radar and in the record boxes of DJs from across the scene these past few years. Paris club Rex also seem to have noted their efforts. Thursday, June 24th will mark the label's first take over of the ever-popular Paris nightspot, with a pair of highly in-demand producers jetting in for guest appearances. Levon Vincent has been flying the flag for the new New York house sound through releases on his own Novel Sound and Deconstruct Music labels, while Danilo Plessow, AKA Motor City Drum Ensemble, has risen to electronic music fame thanks to his impeccable Raw Cuts 12-inches and remixes for DJ Sprinkles and NUfrequency. Seuil will of course be in attendance and rounds out the opening night's bill.
