  • The L.E.V. festival will take place later this month, bringing a mixture of mind-bending visuals, avant-garde performance and experimental beats to the coastal city of Gijon, Spain. Now in its fourth year, the two-day festival places a dual focus on visual art and forward-thinking music. No surprise then that this year's bill includes Raster Noton collective Signal Deluxe (AKA Alva Noto, Frank Bretschneider and Byetone), plus Kangding Ray in full band form. Other headliners include DJ Krush, Plaid, dubstep outliers Scuba, Shackleton and Mount Kimbie, and Australian-born sound scientist Ben Frost.
