Ricardo Villalobos plays Greek dates

- Thessaloniki and Athens will shake to the sounds of the Chilean minimalist later this month.
- Ricardo Villalobos will make his return to Greece later this month--his first dates in the country since 2008. We're pretty sure you know who Ricardo Villalobos is by now (allow us to guide you towards our recent RA feature if you answered in the negative) so let's get straight on and talk about his upcoming appearances. Friday April 16th will mark the first of two Greek gigs, with a set at Thessaloniki venue Decadence Club. Support on the night is of a local ilk: Ison, Darktom and George Adi will all look to complement's the Chilean's stripped back, yet wide-ranging sound. Moving on to the Saturday, Ricardo will fly south for a date at Athens venue Blend Club, who have also seen Loco Dice, Luciano and Sven Vath pass through their doors in recent weeks. Greek duo Kreon & Lemos, whose tracks for the likes of Cecille have been met with appreciative noise these last couple of years, will be on hand to play a capable support role.
