  • For their first event of 2010, Eastern Electrics have booked a May Bank Holiday party, programmed by London party crews BLOC, Disco Bloodbath and mulletover. The party will offer up a variety of house, tech house, disco and dubstep. Ellen Allien will headline the BLOC room, backed up Ramadanman and bass innovator Shackleton. The Disco Bloodbath room will feature It's A Fine Line, a collaboration consisting of Ivan Smagghe and Tim Paris. DFA's Still Going will also make an appearance, along with core Disco Bloodbath trio Dan Beaumont, Damon Martin and Ben Pistor. In the mulletover room, DJ Sneak will provide some Chicago-style house beats, while Omar-S brings the reduced Detroit vibe. Panorama Bar resident André Galluzzi will man the decks as well, along with mulletover boss and murmur artist Geddes. As with Eastern Electrics parties in the past, the May Bank Holiday event will take place in a secret location somewhere in London, fully equipped with a Funktion 1 sound system. It will be one of only three parties by the London promoter this year, with the other two taking place on August Bank Holiday and New Year's Eve. Advance tickets to Eastern Electrics can be purchased right here at RA Tickets.
