  • Discovery and Warm have clubbed together for a set of parties at The Horse & Groom. Their first collaboration will take place this weekend at the Shoreditch pub, and for the occasion they've roped in Nicolas Chaix AKA I:Cube for his first London gig of the year. Chaix is one half of the Château Flight production outfit alongside Versatile Records boss Gilb'r, but the Frenchman is equally celebrated for his solo work, having traversed disco, deep house, downtempo, acid and other techier styles over the past fifteen years. He'll be headlining the Easter Sunday bash, which will see both floors of the venue being taken over by the two promoters, with a cast of some of London's finest disco-loving DJs in support. History Clock boss Nathan Gregory Wilkins will be bringing his usual box of obscurities along, Colin and David from Curious People are set to offer up more of a loop-based house sound, and there'll also be plenty of Discovery and Warm's own DJs to keep things ticking over throughout the party's nine-hour duration. The Bank Holiday Sunday on May 2nd will also see Discovery and Warm take over The Horse & Groom, but this time they've got an additional daytime party planned at the nearby Papermill. An outdoor space that caters to approximately 300 people, Papermill's courtyard will house a barbecue and cocktail bar as well as the obligatory sound system, which will be pumping out tunes from Warm's Ali Tillett and Discovery's Neil Thornton amongst others. The night session will feature disco-house dude The Revenge in the headlining spot, although more guests are set to be added at a later date. Tickets for Discovery and Warm's Easter Sunday and May Bank Holiday parties are now available to purchase via RA Tickets.
