Balance and Tilted Disco get festive

- Ben Sims and Paul Mac will headline the bash at London's Rhythm Factory, with James Ruskin, Oliver Ho and Kirk Degiorgio offering support.
- Balance have teamed up with fellow London techno crew Tilted Disco for their Christmas party, which takes place on Boxing Day at The Rhythm Factory. Both events have kept away from the minimal and tech-house boom that has spread throughout the capital's clubs over the past five years, instead deciding to cater to fans of more classic techno sounds. Their collaborative Christmas shindig sets out to do exactly that, with both rooms of the East London venue hosting a selection of some of the best homegrown techno DJs that the UK has to offer. Ben Sims and Paul Mac will top the bill in the main room with a back-to-back set, with Kirk Degiorgio providing the melodic foil for James Ruskin's toughened take on the genre. Balance boys Jim Masters and Alex Downey complete the bill in room one, but there's plenty more four-to-the-floor action going on in room two thanks to the experienced hands of Oliver Ho, AKA Raudive, Colin Dale and Steve Strawberry.
