  • Trevor Jackson and Aeroplane's Vito De Luca are set to headline Future Classic's showing at next year's Sydney Festival. Production-wise, Jackson, best known as the one-time founder and owner of the defunct Output Recordings imprint, has also been working under the Playgroup guise for some time now. Output Recordings, based in London, was in operation from 1996 to 2006, releasing music from the likes of The Rapture, LCD Soundsystem and Four Tet. Additionally, Jackson has made a name for himself as a graphic designer, previously lending his hands to Run DMC, Jungle Brothers and, more recently, 2 Many DJs' Soulwax project. Aeroplane meanwhile are no strangers to Australian crowds, having visited a number of times throughout the last two years, including a slot just a few months ago at the 2009 edition of the Parklife festival. Jackson and De Luca join Radioclit, Recloose and Grandmaster Flash as headliners on the Sydney Festival bill.
