  • Pink Skull are set to team up with New York-based boutique imprint Rvng Intl. for their second album. The core of the group comprises of Philly production duo Julian Grefe and Justin Geller, but since their debut full-length, they have expanded their line-up to include a guitarist, bassist and drummer. This new live sound certainly informs the style of Endless Bummer, taking their quirky electro-house and mellowing it out into a loose disco-punk style. Acid-infused tracks "Chicken Inside Egg" and "Gonzo's Cointreu" hint at the more electronic sound that they've left behind, while Geller explores his more downbeat style using flowing synth loops and reverse effects on "Wheet" and "Fired, So Fired." As is to be expected with any release on RVNG, the packaging is given as equal importance as the music, and for this release they've made each vinyl sleeve as unique as possible. Drawing up a list of a thousand of their own modern day bummers, the RVNG guys then set about separately letter printing every sleeve with a different message (ranging from "Smelly Retainer" to "Adult Diapers"). They've even set aside a limited number of copies for fans to request their own printed slogan, which can be ordered directly from the official RVNG site. Tracklist 01. Peter Cushing 02.
