  • Daniel Bell and DJ Pete & Vainqueur under their Scion guise, will be among the guests for the next Bunker bash. Spinoza and Derek Plaslaiko have come over all Chain Reaction for their latest installment of The Bunker. Not only will the party be graced by the legendary imprint's DJ Pete & Vainqueur under their Scion alias, the pair are also billed to play separately as part of the label's showcase take over of Public Assembly's back room. The duo were responsible for Emerge, the inaugural release on the imprint back in 1995, and went on to put out a further nine releases between them on the famed Basic Channel sub-label. Back room support arrives from hosts Spinoza and Plaslaiko. In the front room meanwhile, veteran minimal techno producer Daniel Bell will be welcomed back for a second performance of the year, and if reports from his last outing are to be heeded, New York's club going folk should be in for quite a show. Bell will be joined behind the decks by Fred P AKA Black Jazz Consortium, whose Soul People Music imprint, and appearances on Underground Quality have afforded him quite a following of late. The Queens-based DJ/producer will also be putting in his second Bunker appearance of 2009.
