  • Trus'me's Disco 3000 bash is set to host the album launch for Linkwood's System album early next month. Fresh from their exploits on the Adriatic coast, Trus'me and his gang of merry men will be returning to their Manchester hometown for a much more intimate shindig in the 120-capacity confines of The Soup Kitchen. But that doesn't mean that the quality of the programming will suffer. Linkwood will be joined behind the decks by his labelmate and sometime collaborator Fudge Fingas, while Disco 3000 co-promoter Nick Sinna will look after warm-up duties. You only get to do the launch party for your debut album once, however, and Linkwood has managed to secure a special headlining performance from Detroit techno legend Juan Atkins to round off the evening. The party on Friday October 9th is a rare opportunity to catch one of the originators of techno perform in such a small venue, so the chances are that this event will sell out in advance. However, we're glad to tell you that we've still got a bunch of tickets left. Click on over to RA Tickets to get in.
