  • Claude VonStroke, Anja Schneider, Drums of Death and Riton will headline the festivities when London promoters Eastern Electrics resumes August Bank Holiday service with a two-day event across the 29th and 30th at an as yet undisclosed location. Since marking their arrival with a two day fiesta over last year's August Bank Holiday weekend, the Electrics crew have been busy carving a piece for themselves in the one-off events market with a riotous New Years Eve tracksuit party, a two day bender at Union Car Park over the May Bank Holiday weekend and the recent launch of Kevin Saunderson's History Elevate album. RA is pleased to announce we will be jumping back on board for the upcoming August Bank Holiday event, and have secured a peach of a line-up for our room on the Sunday: In addition to an appearance from Dirtybird chief Claude VonStroke expect diverse sets from Playgroup man Trevor Jackson and Kompakt's Chilean vagabond Matias Aguayo, as well as some house goodness from Sud Electronic's star resident Lakuti. Our friends over at Mulletover and Need2Soul are set to host the other two rooms, with the former sporting Anja Schneider, Damian Lazarus, Glimpse and Geddes, and the latter laying-on Patrice Scott, Ben Klock and Wbeeza. And, lest we forget, this is only half of the equation... Standing tall at the summit of Saturday's shenanigans is promoters Nuke Them All and Scottish voodoo-zombie dude Drums of Death, who will be treating those in attendance to one of his er, "mental" live shows; Radioclit, Buster Bennett, Fonteyn, Raffertie and Neon Skullz round out the rest of the room. The indie/dance cross-breeding doesn't stop there though: Riton and Yuksek are among the headliners for the other two rooms, with a DJ set also promised from K.I.M., the drummer/keyboardist of The Presets. Tickets, as you might expect, are available at the links below.
