- Faith, Wiggle and Secretsundaze are amongst the names poised to take over arenas at the Ibiza venue this summer.
- As One have secured a weekly residency at The Zoo in Ibiza, and have drafted in some of London's top promoters to help to fill their stages. Last year, the As One crew hosted a one-off party in the hills of Ibiza by the name of Wildlife On One, but 2009's season will see them return to the same spot for a full run of parties. Starting at 4pm each Monday afternoon and carrying on for twelve hours, the events will make the most of the Ibizan heat in the outdoor venue, which even boasts its own pool for heat-exhausted ravers to recharge in. The opening party will be looked after by Mulletover, Faith and Disco Bloodbath, and is largely a residents' affair apart from the appearance of Dissident boss Andy Blake. Wiggle's Eddie Richards, Nathan Coles and Terry Francis team up with Black Rabbit and Ibiza's Sonica FM radio station for the following Monday's shindig, hosting sets from Tigerskin and Crosstown Rebel Pier Bucci, whilst the 29th will see residents of Secretsundaze, Jaded and Let It Play come together for another London reunion. Technique, Mimo and Pushka are just some of the other names getting involved throughout July, so those thinking about jetting over to the white isle can check out the line-ups that have been confirmed below.
