From the looks of the videos from the DC10 Opening/Closing at the beginning of October, the whole Circo Loco crew will be on top form.
Tanzmann has been consistently delivering first class dj sets. I think this will be hard to beat.

It'll be at the Old Queens Head in Islington. It's not the usual bugged out music though but more fun 80's, disco, yacht rock style. One of the best parties of the year. This year they had Erol Alkan as the special guest and Mylo played the Easter party.

| #17 / Fri, 13 Nov 09 09:10 soundsystem good.... they are different systems. Matter has a lot of bass, which is enjoyable, but you have to be in the right spots in that club i suppose... Room 1 fabric has a very clear and top quality sound, it is next to none... that is only from my personal experience though.
Either way matter is worth a look, a decent sized club, seems to be pulling in the lineups and again.. its pretty big.
Although i do wish they would make the boards out in the smoking area perspex so you could see the river. That deck would also make a brilliant AP spot.

| #22 / Tue, 17 Nov 09 13:56 I hear ya - it's on our list: we're currently building the nexy VIP sexy balcony on the 1st floor (will open 1st weekend of December). Once that's done we're hopefully gonna be able to start work on the outdoor area. We've also got plans for a really cool tweak of Room 2's layout and an improved artist space - plus other areas to improve the flow of people around the club: at the moment the front stairs are taking all the pressure, and it's not helping crowd-flow, which is vital on the busiest nights. We want to make it so people gravitate to the far side and the back staircase more easily. Lots to do - but we're getting there!
