the artwork is a killer masterpiece.

A great album and definitely one of the releases of the year. As others have said, the artwork is great, too.
Although most shops/sites are sold out of the limited edition, they are still available here :

I don't understand how anyone can rate such material so highly. And samples of this album suggest more of the same. Production can't hide the lack of melodic skill.

well, for starters, they probably listened to the entire album - in all probability more than once. Though I'm glad you came to a reasonable conclusion after hearing a couple "samples". Your opinion is the wrong one

I usually think it's boring at first listen, yet something about these sounds just get stuck in my head and I end up spinning it again... and again and again.
This music reminds me of those 3D things that you have to cross your eyes to see... you either see it or you don't... and if you don't... I suggest you keep trying!
