Once there, there's a yellow link saying "send a message". Click on that, and there's another link saying inbox near the top. Possibly the one small design flaw in the otherwise miraculous web design

How do ya mean like? @ phucksake - To constructively add to this sure-to-be lengthy thread, I had a message where someone wished for me to critique their mix (for some bizarre reason). I only got back to them a few days later, but I still expected a reply. Not a sausage. Not one. The emotional fallout is still too great, so I would say don't even bother going there. But like a failed relationship the hurt is still too raw for me to dispassionately judge a useful response to your dilemma. Just... be careful. The heart is a lonely hunter.
